Our story

Honest Care was started by a small team that has spent years working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. We saw too many online health services blur the line between marketing and medicine — promising outcomes that no clinician can responsibly guarantee. We're building Honest Care as the alternative: a service that respects the role of the provider, the role of the pharmacy, and the intelligence of the patient.

What we stand for

• Licensed providers. Every consultation is reviewed by a U.S.-licensed clinician. We don't cut corners.
• Licensed U.S. pharmacy. Medications are dispensed from a licensed U.S. pharmacy — never imported, never gray-market.
• Honest communication. We don't claim our products treat or cure anything we can't responsibly support. If a provider thinks a medication isn't right for you, they'll tell you.
• Transparent pricing. One clear price. No surprise fees, no aggressive subscription traps.
• Privacy first. We protect your health information in line with applicable U.S. law, including HIPAA where applicable.

Compliance & certification

Honest Care is pursuing LegitScript certification, the gold-standard verification program for online healthcare merchants. LegitScript verifies that we operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and meet rigorous transparency standards. While certification is in progress, we are already operating to the same standards LegitScript requires.

Where we operate

Honest Care is currently preparing to launch in select U.S. states. The list of available states will be displayed during sign-up. Honest Care is not available outside the United States.
