A simple, regulated path to care.

Honest Care connects you with licensed U.S. clinicians and a licensed U.S. pharmacy. A prescription is only issued when a provider determines it is appropriate for you.

Create your account

Sign up with your name, contact information, and date of birth. You must be 18 or older to use Honest Care.

Complete the medical intake

Answer questions about your health history, current medications, allergies, and any conditions a provider should know about.

Provider review

A licensed U.S. clinician reviews your information. They may message you to ask follow-up questions before making a decision.

Pharmacy fulfillment

If the provider issues a prescription, it is sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy that dispenses and ships your medication.

Honest Care does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. Every request is evaluated independently by a licensed clinician based on your individual health information.

What does the consultation cost?
The consultation is included in the price of the product when a prescription is issued. If a prescription is not issued, our refund policy applies — see our shipping & returns page for details.
Where are providers licensed?
Providers are licensed in the U.S. states where Honest Care operates. We will display state availability before you complete an intake.
Will my insurance cover this?
Honest Care services are paid out of pocket. We do not bill insurance directly, though you may be able to submit your receipt to your insurer for reimbursement.
Can I message my provider after the consultation?
Yes. You can message your prescribing provider through your Honest Care account during business hours with follow-up questions.
