- Information from providers and pharmacy partners. Records of your consultation, prescription status, and shipment.

- To verify identity and eligibility.
- To facilitate your consultation with a licensed provider.
- To process orders and arrange dispensing and shipment by a licensed pharmacy.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To comply with applicable law, including HIPAA where applicable.
3. How we share information
We share your information only as needed to provide the service: with the licensed clinician who reviews your intake, with the licensed pharmacy that dispenses your medication, with payment processors, and with service providers acting on our behalf. We may also share information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Where Honest Care or its partners act as covered entities or business associates under HIPAA, protected health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules. You may receive a separate Notice of Privacy Practices when you create an account.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your choices
- You may request access to or correction of your personal information.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
