Shipping
Once a licensed provider issues a prescription, the order is sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy that prepares and ships your medication. Standard U.S. shipping is included at no extra cost. Typical delivery times are 3–7 business days from the date the pharmacy ships.
- We ship only within the continental United States and select U.S. territories where Honest Care operates.
- Shipments require an adult signature (18+) on delivery.
- Tracking information is emailed once the pharmacy ships your order.
- We do not ship internationally.
If your package is delayed or lost
If your shipment hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us at help@honestcare.health. We'll work with the pharmacy and carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement where appropriate.
Returns & refunds
For patient safety and regulatory reasons, prescription medications cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once dispensed by the pharmacy. The following refund rules apply:
- If a prescription is not issued: the product portion of your charge will be refunded in full. The consultation portion may be retained, since a provider's time has been used.
- If your shipment is lost in transit: we will arrange a replacement at no charge after working with the carrier.
- If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.
- Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time before your next refill date. Once a refill has been processed by the pharmacy, it cannot be returned.
Disposal of unused medication
If you have medication you no longer need, follow the U.S. FDA's safe disposal guidelines, including using authorized drug take-back locations. Do not flush most medications down the toilet, and do not share medication with anyone else.
