What is Honest Care?
Honest Care is a U.S. service that connects patients with licensed clinicians and a licensed pharmacy. We're preparing to launch and currently accepting email sign-ups so we can notify you when consultations open.
Is Honest Care a pharmacy?
No. Honest Care is a technology platform that connects patients with licensed providers. Prescription medications are dispensed by a licensed U.S. pharmacy that we partner with — not by Honest Care directly.
Are you available outside the U.S.?
No. Honest Care services are available only to residents of certain U.S. states. Available states will be displayed during sign-up.
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Any prescription medication offered through Honest Care requires evaluation by a licensed U.S. provider. A prescription is not guaranteed.
Who reviews my intake?
A licensed U.S. clinician (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, depending on state requirements) reviews your medical intake and decides whether a prescription is appropriate for you.
What if I'm denied a prescription?
If a provider determines that a medication isn't appropriate for you, they will explain why. Honest Care will refund any product portion of the charge per our refund policy.
Can I share my prescription with someone else?
No. Prescription medications are issued specifically to the patient who was evaluated. Sharing prescription medication is unsafe and not permitted.
