Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Any prescription medication offered through Honest Care requires evaluation by a licensed U.S. clinician through Beluga Health, our telemedicine medical group partner. A prescription is not guaranteed.
Who reviews my intake?
Your medical intake is reviewed by a licensed U.S. clinician (physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, depending on state requirements) through Beluga Health, our telemedicine medical group partner. A prescription is only issued when the reviewing clinician determines it is clinically appropriate.
Which medical group provides clinical services?
Clinical evaluations and prescriptions are provided by
Beluga Health, a licensed U.S. telemedicine medical group. Beluga Health maintains licensure in every state where Honest Care services are available. Once enrolled, you can reach Beluga Health's care team through the patient portal, or contact Honest Care support and we will route your message appropriately. See our
Provider information page for more.
What if I'm denied a prescription?
If a provider determines that a medication isn't appropriate for you, they will explain why. Honest Care will refund any product portion of the charge per our refund policy.
Can I share my prescription with someone else?
No. Prescription medications are issued specifically to the patient who was evaluated. Sharing prescription medication is unsafe and not permitted.
