Honest Care LLC partners with licensed U.S. clinical and pharmacy providers to deliver every part of our service. Honest Care itself is not a healthcare provider, a pharmacy, or a manufacturer. We connect patients with the following partners.
Beluga Health
Licensed U.S. telemedicine medical group
All clinical evaluations and prescriptions are provided by Beluga Health, a licensed U.S. telemedicine medical group. Beluga Health maintains licensure in every state where Honest Care services are available; non-licensed states are blacklisted on both Beluga Health's platform and ours.
For provider directory or state licensure inquiries, contact Honest Care support and we will route your inquiry appropriately.
Rush Pharmacy
LegitScript-certified U.S. compounding pharmacy
All prescription medications issued to Honest Care patients are compounded and dispensed by Rush Pharmacy. Patients do not choose their own pharmacy; all prescriptions are automatically routed to Rush Pharmacy as the designated fulfillment partner.
Honest Care services are only available in U.S. states where Beluga Health maintains active provider licensure. Eligible states are confirmed during the intake process. Residents of states without active licensure cannot complete an intake.
In compliance with telehealth disclosure requirements in California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont, Beluga Health's licensure and provider information is available upon request through the patient portal or by contacting Honest Care support.
Telehealth services rendered to California residents are provided by California-licensed clinicians acting through Beluga Health. By using telehealth services, you acknowledge that you have the right to withhold or withdraw consent to telehealth at any time without affecting your right to future care or treatment. Complaints about a California-licensed clinician may be directed to the appropriate California licensing board.
Massachusetts residents using telehealth services through Honest Care are evaluated by clinicians licensed in Massachusetts through Beluga Health. Telehealth is voluntary; you may choose to discontinue telehealth and request an in-person visit at any time. Complaints about a Massachusetts-licensed clinician may be directed to the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine or the relevant licensing board.
Rhode Island residents are evaluated by clinicians licensed in Rhode Island through Beluga Health. Telehealth services are provided in accordance with the Rhode Island Telemedicine Coverage Act and applicable Department of Health regulations. You have the right to receive care in person if you prefer, and to withdraw consent to telehealth at any time without affecting your future care.
Vermont residents are evaluated by clinicians licensed in Vermont through Beluga Health. Telehealth in Vermont requires informed consent prior to treatment. You may revoke consent to telehealth services at any time without affecting your right to in-person care. Complaints about a Vermont-licensed clinician may be directed to the Vermont Board of Medical Practice or the relevant licensing board.
Honest Care is not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
